To prepare the simple syrup, combine the granulated sugar, 1 1/2 cups of water, and lemon peels in a medium saucepan. Stir until the sugar completely dissolves.

Place the saucepan over low heat and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Continue to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove the simple syrup from the heat and allow the lemon peels to steep in the syrup for 15 minutes to infuse their flavor.

While the simple syrup steeps, prepare the fruit puree. In a blender, combine the hulled strawberries, peeled and segmented navel oranges, diced mangoes, and 1/4 cup of the cold water.

Blend the fruit mixture until it is completely smooth. For a smoother lemonade, strain the puree through a fine-mesh sieve 1 to 2 times, depending on your desired consistency.

In a large pitcher, combine the strained fruit puree, the freshly squeezed lemon juice, and the prepared lemon-infused simple syrup (remove lemon peels before adding). Stir these ingredients together thoroughly.

Stir in the remaining 2 cups of cold water to dilute the lemonade to your preferred strength and sweetness.

Taste the lemonade and adjust as needed. Add more lemon juice for additional tartness or more simple syrup for extra sweetness, to your preference.

Serve the Mango Orange Strawberry Lemonade immediately over ice.
