In a medium bowl, combine the avocado oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, minced garlic, dried basil, minced onion, and smoked paprika.

Whisk or stir the marinade ingredients thoroughly until well combined and the honey is fully dissolved.

Place the steaks in a glass dish or a large resealable plastic bag. Pour the prepared marinade over the steaks, ensuring they are fully coated. If using a dish, turn the steaks to coat both sides.

Cover the dish or seal the bag and refrigerate the marinated steaks for a minimum of 12 hours, and up to 24 hours, to allow the marinade to tenderize the meat and infuse it with maximum flavor.

About 30 minutes before grilling, remove the steaks from the refrigerator to allow them to come closer to room temperature. Preheat your grill to high heat (approximately 450-500°F).

Place the marinated steaks directly onto the hot grill. Grill for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness (internal temperature of 130°F), flipping once halfway through. Adjust cooking time for desired doneness.

Once cooked to your preference, remove the steaks from the grill and transfer them to a cutting board. Tent loosely with foil and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute, resulting in a more tender and flavorful steak.

Slice the rested steak against the grain and serve immediately. Enjoy the incredibly tender and flavorful restaurant-quality steak!
