In a large bowl, add the chicken wings. Add the salt, black pepper, garlic granules, turmeric, onion granules, cayenne pepper, and paprika. Coat the chicken wings well with the seasonings.

Next, add the corn flour and baking powder to the chicken wings and mix well again, ensuring all the wings are evenly coated.

Set an air fryer to 190°C. Spray the air fryer tray with a little oil and arrange the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer. Spray the wings with a little oil.

Air fry the chicken wings for 20 minutes. Halfway through the cooking cycle (at 10 minutes), turn the wings. Once the cooking cycle is done, check that the wings are cooked through.

When the chicken has 5 minutes left in the air fryer, prepare the sauce. In a pan, add the unsalted butter and olive oil over low heat. Once heated through, add the minced garlic and finely diced chilli. Sauté until fragrant.

Add the chilli lemon seasoning and smoked paprika to the pan. Mix well to form a paste.

Now, add the lemon juice and honey to the pan and stir. In a separate small bowl, mix 1 teaspoon of corn flour with 1/2 cup of water to create a slurry. Add the corn flour slurry to the pan, stir, and simmer until the sauce thickens. If a looser consistency is desired, add a little more water.

Remove the sauce from the heat and set it aside.

Add the cooked chicken wings to the pan with the sauce and mix to coat them well.

Top the honey chilli lemon chicken wings with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
