In a medium mixing bowl, combine the drained flaked tuna, cooked and cooled sushi rice, Japanese mayonnaise, and Momofuku Chili Crunch. Mix gently until all ingredients are well incorporated.

If using, fold in the tobiko, being careful not to break the roe.

Transfer the chili crunch sushi dip to a serving plate or shallow bowl. Garnish with additional Momofuku Chili Crunch and thinly sliced scallions.

Serve immediately with your choice of accompaniments such as seaweed sheets, tortilla chips, crackers, or cucumber slices.
