Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

Prepare the bread: Using a sharp serrated knife, slice the round loaf of bread in a criss-cross pattern, cutting three-quarters of the way through the bread, but not all the way to the bottom. This will create individual pull-apart pieces.

Prepare the garlic herb butter: In a small bowl, combine the melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, chopped fresh rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.

Pour the garlic herb butter over the sliced bread, ensuring it seeps into all the cuts. Use a spoon or pastry brush to help distribute the mixture evenly.

Generously stuff the cubed Brie cheese into the crevices of the bread, pushing it down into the cuts.

Add dollops of whole berry cranberry sauce throughout the bread, nestling them amongst the cheese.

Carefully transfer the prepared bread to the lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey. If the top starts to brown too quickly, you can loosely tent it with foil.

Remove from the oven and serve immediately, allowing guests to pull apart individual pieces.
