Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, dark brown sugar, and white sugar. Whisk until well combined and smooth.

Add the 2 large eggs, vanilla extract, and milk to the sugar mixture. Whisk again until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cornstarch, and cinnamon.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix the dough.

Take a portion of the cookie dough (about 1/4 cup per cookie), flatten it slightly, and carefully place it over the marshmallow, chocolate, and graham cracker stack. Ensure the filling is completely covered by the cookie dough.
