Add the 30 g of boiled broccoli florets and 1 egg to a blender. Blend the mixture until it is very smooth, forming a frothy, bright green liquid.

To the blended broccoli and egg mixture, add 1 tablespoon of milk powder and 20 g of pancake flour. Mix well with a fork until all ingredients are fully combined and the batter is smooth.

Lightly grease small heatproof molds with oil. Pour the prepared mixture into the molds.

Bring water to a boil in a steamer. Place the filled molds into the steamer basket. Cover and steam for 15 minutes.

Once steamed, remove the molds from the steamer. Let the baby cakes cool slightly before carefully removing them from the molds. The finished cakes should have a soft, fluffy texture and be easy to squish.
