No-Bake Chocolate Cream Pie
Ingredients
For the Oreo Crust
- 1 package Oreo cookies, (14.3 ounce family size)
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
For the Cream Cheese Layer
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping, (from an 8 ounce tub), thawed
For the Chocolate Pudding Layer
- 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix, (3.9 ounce)
- 2 cups cold milk
For the Topping and Garnish
- 1 cup whipped topping, (remaining from an 8 ounce tub), thawed
- as needed chocolate syrup, for drizzling
- as needed chocolate shavings, for garnish

Prepare the Crust: Finely crush the entire package of Oreo cookies in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs. In a medium bowl, combine the crushed Oreo crumbs with the melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly moistened. Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.

Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
