Pour 2 cups of your milk of choice into a jar. Add an optional splash of maple syrup for sweetness. Stir the milk and maple syrup together until well mixed.

Submerge 3 Earl Grey tea bags into the milk in the jar. Place the jar in the refrigerator and steep the tea bags in the milk overnight for 8 to 10 hours.

Once the Earl Grey milk has steeped, remove the tea bags from the infused milk and discard them.

To prepare the lattes, add 1 tablespoon of vanilla bean syrup to a metal pitcher for each serving. Optionally, add a pinch of salt to the pitcher.

Brew 2 shots of espresso directly into the pitcher containing the vanilla bean syrup and optional salt.

Pour 1 cup of the prepared Earl Grey infused milk into the pitcher with the espresso and vanilla bean syrup. Stir everything in the pitcher together until thoroughly combined.

Optionally, line the inside of a serving glass with vanilla bean paste using a spoon for an extra touch. Fill the serving glass with ice.

Pour the mixed latte from the pitcher over the ice in the serving glass. Repeat steps 4-8 for each additional serving.
