Heat the olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the crumbled Trader Joe's Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Add the minced garlic to the pot and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the chopped Trader Joe's Organic Tuscan Kale and cook until wilted, about 3-5 minutes.

Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add the short pasta, stirring to ensure it's submerged. Cover the pot and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

Remove the pot from the heat. Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Serve immediately, garnished with additional grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
