To make apple-infused vodka: In a clean, airtight jar, combine 2 cups of FRÏS vodka with 2 medium cored and sliced apples. Seal and let infuse in a cool, dark place for at least 24 hours, or up to 3 days, shaking gently once a day. Strain the vodka through a fine-mesh sieve, discarding the apple solids. Chill the infused vodka thoroughly before use. (This step should be completed in advance).

Chill four martini glasses by placing them in the freezer for at least 10 minutes, or by filling them with ice water and letting them sit while you prepare the drink.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the chilled apple-infused FRÏS vodka, Domaine De Canton ginger liqueur, honey, and fresh lemon juice.

Fill the shaker with 2 cups of ice. Secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds, until the outside of the shaker is thoroughly frosted.

Discard the ice water from the chilled martini glasses (if used). Strain the martini mixture evenly into the four prepared glasses.

Garnish each martini with a light sprinkle of cinnamon and a thin apple slice or apple twist.
