Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef. Drain any excess grease. Add the diced yellow onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion softens, about 3-5 minutes.

Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.

While the beef cools, prepare the dipping sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, dill pickle relish, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Set aside.

Unroll the crescent roll dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Separate the dough into 8 triangles. Evenly distribute the cooked ground beef mixture onto the wide end of each crescent roll triangle.

Place a few strips or pieces of American cheese over the beef mixture on each triangle. Starting from the wide end, carefully roll up each crescent roll, tucking in the sides as you go, to form a rollup.

In a small bowl, melt the unsalted butter. Stir in the garlic powder and dried parsley to create the garlic butter. Brush the tops of the rollups generously with the garlic butter.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rollups are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Keep an eye on them to prevent over-browning.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley, if desired. Serve warm with the creamy dipping sauce.
