Prepare the kielbasa and meatballs. Cut the smoked kielbasa into 1/2-inch thick rounds. If using larger meatballs, you can cut them in half for bite-sized pieces. Place the kielbasa and meatballs into a 4-quart or larger slow cooker.

Prepare the honey garlic glaze. In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes until well combined.

Pour the glaze over the kielbasa and meatballs in the slow cooker. Stir gently to ensure everything is evenly coated.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 2 hours, or on high for 1 hour, stirring once halfway through, until the kielbasa and meatballs are heated through and the flavors have melded.

In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water to create a slurry. After the cooking time, stir the cornstarch slurry into the slow cooker. Cook for an additional 15-20 minutes on high, or until the sauce has thickened to your desired consistency.

Transfer the honey garlic glazed kielbasa and meatballs to a serving dish. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped fresh parsley, if desired. Serve warm with toothpicks as an appetizer.
