Add the 1/2 cup of unsalted butter to a medium saucepan. Melt the butter over medium heat on the stove.

While the butter melts, prepare the garlic. You can mince the garlic cloves with a knife, or use a garlic press to press them directly into the melted butter once it's ready. The goal is to have visible garlic pieces in the final sauce.

Once the butter is melted and bubbling, add the prepared garlic to the saucepan. Whisk the garlic into the butter and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.

Pour 1 cup of Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce (not the Buffalo version) into the pot with the butter and garlic. Whisk to combine.

Add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar to the pot and whisk well.

Add 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce to the pot and whisk all the ingredients together until thoroughly combined.

Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat. Continue to simmer, whisking occasionally, for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce slightly thickens to your desired consistency. Be careful not to boil vigorously.

Remove the sauce from the heat. It is now ready to be tossed with cooked chicken wings or used as a dipping sauce. Enjoy your Mother Bear's copycat hot garlic wing sauce!
