Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet or wok, melt 1/4 cup of unsalted butter over medium heat.

Add 2 tablespoons of minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Season the garlic and butter mixture with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of paprika.

Add the snow crab leg meat to the pan. Sauté the crab meat with the seasonings for 2-3 minutes, tossing gently, until it is heated through and well-coated. Remove the cooked crab meat from the pan and set it aside on a plate.

To the same pan, add the remaining 1/4 cup of unsalted butter and 2 tablespoons of minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in 1/4 cup of oyster sauce and 2 tablespoons of sesame oil. Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar and the remaining 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper.

Stir the sauces, garlic, and seasonings together in the pan until well combined and slightly simmering.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan. Toss the spaghetti thoroughly with the sauce using tongs until it is evenly coated.

Sprinkle 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup of chopped green onions over the spaghetti. Toss again to combine.

Return the cooked crab meat to the pan, arranging it on top of the spaghetti. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of chopped green onions over the top of the dish as a garnish.

Serve immediately and enjoy your savory crab spaghetti pasta!
