Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top of the foil.

Arrange the Club crackers in a single layer on the wire rack, ensuring they are not touching.

Evenly spread a thin layer of Alouette Garlic & Herbs Soft Spreadable Cheese onto the surface of each cracker.

Place one piece of raw, cut bacon on top of the cheese-covered crackers. Gently press the bacon into the cheese.

Liberally sprinkle the packed light brown sugar over the bacon and cheese-topped crackers. Ensure each cracker is well-covered.

Sprinkle the crushed red pepper flakes over the brown sugar layer. Adjust the amount to your desired level of spice.

Carefully transfer the baking sheet with the crackers to the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the sugar is caramelized.

Once baked, remove the baking sheet from the oven. Let the Million Dollar Bacon Bites cool on the wire rack for approximately 5 minutes before transferring them to a serving platter. The sugar will harden slightly as they cool.
