Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned, breaking it into crumbles if using ground beef. Drain excess fat if needed.

Stir in the onion, bell peppers, mushrooms, and garlic. Cook for 5–7 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.

Add the Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

Reduce the heat to low and mix in the cream cheese and cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with the mozzarella and arrange the provolone slices over the top.

Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

For a golden top, broil for 2–3 minutes, watching carefully.
