Preheat your oven to 300°F. Start by removing the membrane from the back of the baby back ribs. Pat the ribs dry thoroughly with paper towels.

Generously spread yellow mustard evenly over both sides of the ribs.

In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix these ingredients well until a uniform dry rub is formed.

Sprinkle the prepared dry rub generously over both sides of the mustard-coated ribs. Rub the seasoning firmly into the meat to ensure it adheres well.

Place the seasoned ribs on a sheet of aluminum foil, ensuring the meaty side is facing up. Wrap the ribs tightly with the aluminum foil to create a sealed packet. Bake the wrapped ribs in the preheated oven for 2 hours.

While the ribs are baking, combine the BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar in a separate bowl. Mix thoroughly until well combined to create your glaze.

After 2 hours, carefully remove the ribs from the oven and unwrap the foil. Discard any accumulated liquid. Generously brush the prepared BBQ glaze over the entire surface of the ribs. Return the ribs to the oven, now uncovered, and increase the oven temperature to 350°F. Bake for an additional 30 minutes.

Once baked, remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Slice the ribs and serve.
