In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced ripe mango, water, evaporated milk, condensed milk, granulated sugar, and salt. Stir well until the sugar and salt are fully dissolved and all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

For a smoother consistency, you can use an immersion blender or transfer the mixture to a regular blender and blend until mostly smooth, leaving some small mango chunks for texture if desired.

Carefully pour the mango mixture into ice candy bags or small popsicle molds. If using bags, tie them securely to prevent leakage.

Place the filled ice candy bags or molds in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until completely solid.
