Season the peeled and deveined shrimp with salt and pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until they turn pink. Remove the cooked shrimp from the pan and set them aside.

In the same pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, which takes about 3 minutes.

Add the minced garlic cloves to the pan and cook for 30 seconds until they become fragrant.

Pour in 1/2 cup of white wine. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes to allow it to reduce.

Add 1/2 cup of chicken broth and 1/2 cup of heavy cream to the pan. Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer.

Stir in 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese until it is fully melted and the sauce is smooth.

Add 1 cup of spinach to the sauce and cook until it is wilted.

Return the cooked shrimp to the pan with the sauce. Add the cooked pasta and toss everything together to thoroughly coat the pasta and shrimp in the creamy sauce.

Garnish the pasta with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
