Pour 150 grams of egg whites into a clean, dry mixing bowl.

Using an electric mixer, beat the egg whites on high speed until stiff peaks form. This process will take approximately 8-10 minutes. The peaks should hold their shape firmly when the beater is lifted.

Gently add 100 grams of shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, salt, and any other desired seasonings (such as red pepper flakes and dried oregano) to the beaten egg whites.

Using a spatula, gently fold all the ingredients together until just combined. Be careful not to deflate the egg whites.

Line an air fryer basket or tray with parchment paper.

Spoon the mixture into four separate mounds onto the prepared parchment paper, spacing them out evenly.

Air fry the mounds at 350°F (175°C) for 10–14 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. The exact time may vary depending on your air fryer.

Once cooked, carefully remove the Cheesy Garlic Cloud Bread from the air fryer. They should be light, fluffy, and have a stretchy, cheesy interior when pulled apart. Serve immediately.
