Preheat your oven to 200 °C. Place the 600 g of raw lean beef mince into a mixing bowl. Season the mince generously with garlic, oregano, cumin, coriander, and parsley.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly by hand until well combined. Roll the seasoned mince mixture into a tight, cylindrical log shape. Place the meat log onto a baking tray and tightly seal it by wrapping it completely in aluminum foil.

Add the foil-wrapped meat log to the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes. Once cooked, carefully remove the foil and slice the meat log into thin, juicy slices.

While the kebab meat is cooking, prepare the garlic mint sauce. In a separate bowl, combine 100 g of low fat green yogurt. Add garlic paste (or fresh minced garlic) and 1 teaspoon of mint sauce (or fresh mint leaves) to the yogurt. Mix all the sauce ingredients well until smooth and fully incorporated.

To assemble the meal prep containers, place a pitta naan bread at the bottom of each container. Add an optional salad of your choice on top of the pitta naan (e.g., lettuce, sliced cucumber, red onion, and tomato slices).

Arrange the sliced kebab meat on top of the salad. Drizzle a generous amount of the prepared garlic mint sauce over the kebab and salad. The meals are now ready to enjoy or store in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for 3 months.
