In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, 1 cup of diced carrots, 1 cup of diced potato, 1 diced onion, 6 cloves of minced garlic, and 1/4 cup of chopped spring onion.

Add 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon of chicken powder, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, 2 tablespoons of liquid seasoning, 1 cup of bread crumbs, and 1/2 cup of cornstarch to the bowl with the other ingredients.

Wearing gloves, thoroughly mix all the ingredients together by hand until well combined and a cohesive mixture is formed. Ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Take a spoonful of the mixture and form it into a square or nugget shape using your hands. Repeat until all the mixture is used, placing the formed nuggets on a plate or baking sheet.

Heat approximately 3 cups of vegetable oil in a deep pan or pot over medium heat. The oil should be deep enough to submerge the nuggets. Once hot (around 350°F), carefully place the formed nuggets into the oil using a spatula, being careful not to overcrowd the pan.

Deep fry the nuggets for 3-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until they turn golden brown on all sides and are cooked through.

Once golden brown, remove the nuggets from the oil using a slotted spoon or spider strainer to drain excess oil. Transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels.

Serve the delicious Tuna nuggets hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
