Prepare the berry layer: Combine the frozen mixed berries, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, and 2 tablespoons of water in a blender. Blend until completely smooth. Set aside.

Prepare the mango layer: Combine the diced mango, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon of lime juice in a blender. Blend until completely smooth. Set aside.

Prepare the creamy layer: In a small bowl, whisk together the plain Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract until well combined and smooth.

Assemble the popsicles: Carefully spoon or pour alternating layers of the berry mixture, creamy yogurt mixture, and mango mixture into your popsicle molds. You can create distinct layers or swirl them gently for a marbled effect. Fill each mold to just below the top.
Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold. Place the molds in the freezer.

Freeze the popsicles for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid. For best results, freeze overnight.

To unmold, briefly run the outside of the popsicle molds under warm water (about 10-15 seconds) to loosen them. Gently pull the sticks to remove the popsicles. Serve immediately and enjoy!
