Add the 120g ground pork to the rice cooker.

Add the 2 grated cloves garlic, 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes, 1/2 teaspoon chili garlic, 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce, and 1 teaspoon mirin (or 1 teaspoon vinegar + 1/2 teaspoon white sugar) to the rice cooker with the ground pork.
Mix all the ground pork ingredients thoroughly in the rice cooker until well combined.

Close the rice cooker lid and turn it on to "Cook" mode. Cook for 5 minutes.

While the pork is cooking, prepare the broth. In a separate bowl, combine 1 1/2 tablespoons peanut butter, 1 1/2 tablespoons Good Life Sesame Oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 200ml chicken broth (or 200ml hot water and 1/4 of chicken bouillon cube), and 150ml unsweetened soy milk.

Mix the broth ingredients until well combined and smooth.

Once the ground pork has finished cooking (after 5 minutes), open the rice cooker.

Pour the prepared broth mixture into the rice cooker with the cooked pork.

Add the 180g ramen noodles to the rice cooker.

Gently push the ramen noodles down into the liquid so they are fully submerged.

Close the rice cooker lid and turn it on to "Cook" mode again. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the noodles are tender.

Once cooked, open the rice cooker and gently stir the ramen to combine all ingredients.

Transfer the Tantanmen-inspired ramen to a serving bowl.

Top with bok choy, sliced boiled egg, and chopped green onion.

Drizzle with more Good Life Sesame Oil and chili oil, as desired, before serving.
