Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat. Add the sliced turkey sausage and cook for 5-7 minutes, flipping occasionally, until browned and cooked through. Remove the sausage from the pan and set aside.

Reduce the heat to medium. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and the unsalted butter to the same pan. Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Stir in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and gochujang. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly, to combine the flavors.

Pour in the heavy cream, then add the shredded Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley. Stir well until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy. Let the sauce simmer gently for 2-3 minutes to thicken slightly.

While the sauce is simmering, cook the ramen noodles according to package directions, but without the flavor packets. Drain well.

Add the cooked and drained noodles to the pan with the creamy garlic sauce. Toss to coat the noodles evenly. Return the cooked sausage to the pan and gently mix everything together.

Serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
