Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch round cake pan or a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, almond flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Sift them together to ensure no lumps.

In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, plain yogurt, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix with a spatula until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.

Gently fold in the sliced strawberries into the batter.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle the sliced almonds over the top of the batter.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. The top should be golden brown.

Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting it onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Once cooled, dust generously with powdered sugar before serving.
