Preheat your oven to 375°F. Have a suitable baking dish ready.

Arrange the torn pieces of brie cheese evenly in the bottom of the baking dish.

Distribute the pieces of prosciutto over the brie in the baking dish.

Scatter the peach wedges among the brie and prosciutto in the dish.

Place the sprigs of fresh thyme on top of the peaches, brie, and prosciutto.

Place the baking dish into the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the brie is completely melted and gooey, and the peaches are slightly softened.

Carefully remove the dish from the oven. Generously drizzle honey over the entire baked brie, peaches, and prosciutto mixture.

Serve immediately with slices of crusty bread or crostini for dipping.
