Place the cubed watermelon into a blender. Blend on high until completely smooth. This should take about 1 to 2 minutes.

Strain the watermelon juice through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher or bowl to remove any pulp. Use the back of a spoon to press out as much liquid as possible.

Add the fresh lime juice, granulated sugar, and cold water to the strained watermelon juice. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Taste the limeade and adjust the sweetness or tartness as desired. You can add more sugar for a sweeter drink or more lime juice for a tarter one.

Cover the pitcher and refrigerate the watermelon limeade for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and to chill thoroughly.

To serve, pour the chilled watermelon limeade into glasses filled with ice. Garnish each glass with a slice of lime and a fresh mint sprig.
