In a small, oven-safe skillet or saucepan, combine the Nutella, milk, and eggs. Whisk them together until well blended.

Place the skillet over low heat on the stovetop. Continue to whisk the mixture gently for 3 to 5 minutes, until it warms through and forms a uniform, smooth 'chocolate soup.' Do not let it boil.

Remove the skillet from the heat. Add the all-purpose flour and baking powder to the liquid mixture.

Whisk again until the dry ingredients are fully incorporated and the batter is smooth, with no lumps of flour remaining.

Stir in the chocolate chips, distributing them evenly throughout the batter.

Cover the skillet with a tight-fitting lid. Place it back on low heat and cook for 11 to 12 minutes. Check every 4-5 minutes to ensure it's not burning on the bottom.

To check for doneness, carefully remove the lid and insert a toothpick into the center of the brownie. It should come out mostly clean. If the bottom appears scalded, you can still enjoy the top portion.

Carefully remove the skillet from heat and let it cool slightly before serving directly from the pan. Enjoy!
