In a small bowl, combine gochujang, vinegar, granulated sugar, and honey in a 3:1:1:1 ratio. Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a spoon until a uniform sauce is formed.

Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. Add capellini (angel hair) pasta to the boiling water and cook for 3 minutes. Drain the cooked pasta using a colander, then rinse under cold water to cool. Place the cooled pasta into a serving bowl.

Add 2 spoons of the prepared Secret Sauce and 1 spoon of tomato sauce to the pasta in the bowl. Add a dash of sesame oil. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly with chopsticks until the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce.

Cut the boiled egg in half and place the halves on top of the sauced pasta. Sprinkle sjögräschips (seaweed snacks/kimgaru) generously over the pasta and egg.

Serve immediately and enjoy this spicy-sweet fusion!
