Prepare the Hummus + Veggie Plate: Arrange hummus in the center of a large plate. Surround the hummus with the prepared vegetables: sliced red onion, black olives, chickpeas, carrot sticks, cucumber sticks, halved cherry tomatoes, and a halved avocado.
