In a large mixing bowl, combine the 550 grams of self-rising flour, 620 grams of blended low-fat cottage cheese, 2 tablespoons of salt, and 3 tablespoons of garlic paste.

Begin mixing the ingredients with a spoon or spatula until they start to come together. Once partially combined, switch to kneading by hand until a cohesive dough ball is formed. This should take a few minutes.

Divide the dough into approximately 24 small, roughly equal portions. Each portion will be used for one naan.

Lightly flour a clean work surface. Take one portion of dough and, using a rolling pin, roll it out very thinly. The naans should be about 3.5-4 inches in diameter and very thin, as they will expand when cooked.

Heat a pan or griddle over medium-high heat. Once hot, place a thinly rolled naan onto the pan. The naan will immediately start to bubble.

Cook the naan for a short period, about 1-2 minutes, until golden brown spots appear on the bottom. Then, flip the naan to the other side.

Continue cooking on the second side for another 1-2 minutes, gently pressing down with a spatula to encourage the naan to puff up.

If needed, flip the naan again to cook any remaining uncooked spots and achieve desired browning on both sides.

Remove the cooked naan from the pan and set aside. Repeat the rolling and cooking process for the remaining dough portions until all 24 naans are cooked.
