Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Pour the two cans of Rico's Gourmet Nacho Cheddar Cheese Sauce onto a large sheet pan. Use a spoon to spread the cheese sauce evenly across the pan.

Pour the undrained can of Ro-Tel Mild Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies directly over the cheese sauce.

Add the smallest can of undrained Hatch Diced Green Chilies Mild to the mixture on the sheet pan.

Evenly top the cheese and chili mixture with the cooked ground beef.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously over the ground beef layer.

Place the sheet pan into the preheated oven and bake for approximately 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

While the nacho mixture is baking, pour the entire bag of Doritos Nacho Cheese flavored tortilla chips onto a separate, clean sheet pan.

Once baked, carefully remove the hot nacho mixture from the oven. Slide the entire hot mixture from its baking sheet pan onto the sheet pan with the Doritos chips.

Garnish the nachos with sliced pickled jalapeños before serving.
