Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions, 4 minced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger, and 1 teaspoon pepper.

Add 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons chili crisp, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil, and 1 tablespoon rice vinegar to the pork mixture.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined. Use your hands to ensure everything is evenly distributed.

Spread a thin layer of the prepared pork mixture evenly across the bottom of a baking dish.

Arrange dumpling wrappers over the pork layer, overlapping them slightly to form a continuous layer.

Spread another layer of the pork mixture over the dumpling wrappers.

Add another layer of dumpling wrappers on top of the pork.

Spread a final layer of the pork mixture over the second layer of dumpling wrappers.

Pour 1/4 cup of chicken broth evenly over the top layer of the lasagna.

Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

After 25 minutes, carefully remove the foil and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the top of the lasagna.

Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the lasagna is heated through.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh green onions, sesame seeds, a drizzle of chili crisp, and a splash of soy sauce.
