Season the chicken breasts with 2 teaspoons of Sazón Tropical, 1 teaspoon of garlic herb seasoning, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and 1 teaspoon of paprika.

Sear the seasoned chicken in a large pan over medium-high heat until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan, dice it, and set it aside.

In the same pan, sauté the minced garlic and diced onion until softened, about 3-5 minutes. While sautéing, mix the reserved pasta water with the chicken bouillon.

Pour the heavy cream and the pasta water mixed with chicken bouillon into the pan. Season the mixture with 1 teaspoon of Lawry’s seasoning salt, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg.

Stir in 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese until it is completely melted and the sauce becomes creamy.

Add the chopped broccoli and the diced chicken to the pan. Simmer until the broccoli is tender. If using fresh broccoli, you may need to simmer it a little longer or blanch it for 1-2 minutes beforehand.

Add the cooked shell pasta to the pan and stir until it is completely coated in the sauce. Top the pasta with extra shredded cheddar cheese, cover the pan, and let it simmer on low heat for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the cheese to melt.
