Crush 1 pack of Fudgee Barr (approximately 10 pieces) into fine crumbs.

Add 2 tablespoons of melted butter to the crushed Fudgee Barr. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of a container (e.g., a round cake pan or serving dish) to form the crust.

In a saucepan, combine 250ml of all-purpose cream (1 pack), 1/4 cup of sweetened cocoa powder, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, and 1/2 cup of water. Mix all ingredients until they are well combined and smooth.

Place the saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.

Once thickened, add 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips to the mixture. Stir continuously until the chocolate chips are completely melted and incorporated into the pudding.

Pour the warm chocolate pudding mixture evenly over the prepared crust layer in the container.

Chill the cake in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the chocolate pudding layer to set.

In a separate bowl, combine 250ml of all-purpose cream (1 pack) and 1/4 cup of condensed milk. Mix these two ingredients thoroughly until they are well combined and smooth.

Pour the cream mixture evenly over the chilled chocolate pudding layer.

Return the cake to the refrigerator and chill for another 30 minutes to allow the cream layer to set.

Once the cream layer is set, dust the top of the cake generously with 2 tablespoons of sweetened cocoa powder.

The "Affordable No Bake Dream Cake" is now ready to be sliced and served.
