Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a wok over high heat. The oil should be sufficient to shallow-fry the green beans.

Add the 300 grams of green beans to the hot oil. Fry the green beans, stirring occasionally, until they are wrinkled and slightly blistered, indicating they are cooked through and have absorbed some oil.

Carefully remove the fried green beans from the wok using a slotted spoon and set them aside on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.

Pour out most of the oil from the wok, leaving about 1 tablespoon for stir-frying. Return the wok to high heat.

Add the 150 grams of minced pork to the wok. Stir-fry the minced pork, breaking it apart with your spatula, until it is cooked through and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the sliced or minced garlic, ginger, and dried chilies to the wok with the minced pork. Continue to stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until the aromatics are fragrant.

Add the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and chicken bouillon to the wok. Stir well to combine the seasonings with the pork and aromatics.

Pour in the 100 ml of water and bring the sauce to a simmer.

Return the previously fried green beans to the wok. Stir-fry all the ingredients together evenly for 2-3 minutes, ensuring the green beans are well coated with the sauce and heated through.

Transfer the stir-fried green beans and pork to a serving dish. Serve immediately with steamed rice.
