Prepare the strawberries for the mashed mixture. Wash 300 grams of strawberries thoroughly and cut off their green tops.

Place the prepared strawberries into a medium-sized bowl.

Add 100 grams of powdered sugar to the bowl with the strawberries.

Mash the strawberries and powdered sugar together using a fork until the mixture is well combined and slightly chunky. Set aside.
In a separate large bowl, add 100 grams of cream cheese, 250 grams of whipping cream, and 10 grams of vanilla sugar.

Using an electric mixer, whip the cream cheese mixture until it forms a thick, fluffy cream. Be careful not to overmix.

Crush 200 grams of biscuits into fine crumbs. This can be done using a food processor or by placing them in a bag and crushing with a rolling pin.

Add 80 grams of melted butter to the crushed biscuits and mix well until thoroughly combined.

In a serving dish (approximately 20x20 cm square or similar size), spread an even layer of the biscuit and butter mixture at the bottom.

Carefully spread half of the whipped cream cheese mixture evenly over the biscuit base.

Gently spread half of the mashed strawberry mixture over the cream layer.

Repeat the layering process: add the remaining crushed biscuit mixture, followed by the remaining whipped cream cheese mixture, and then the final layer of the mashed strawberry mixture.

Garnish the top layer with whole or sliced fresh strawberries for decoration.

Refrigerate the dessert for at least 2 hours to allow it to set properly and for the flavors to meld.
Serve chilled and enjoy your Strawberry Delight!
