In a medium bowl, combine the shredded lettuce and about half of the diced red onion. Reserve the remaining diced onion for another use.

Add Duke's Real Mayonnaise, banana peppers, and banana pepper juice to the lettuce and onion mixture.
Pour in Bruno's Submarine Dressing and the red wine vinegar. Adjust the amount of red wine vinegar based on how much banana pepper juice was added.

Mix all the ingredients in the bowl until well combined and the lettuce is evenly coated.

Preheat your oven broiler. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Split the sub buns open and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Layer a few pieces of ham on each sub bun, followed by a few pieces of salami, and then some pepperoni.

Place the pepper jack cheese (or provolone) on top of the meats on each sub.

Broil the subs in the oven for approximately 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Watch carefully to prevent burning.

Carefully remove the subs from the oven.

Generously spoon the prepared lettuce, onion, and dressing mixture over the melted cheese and meats on each sub.

Close the sub buns and cut each sub in half before serving.
