Preheat your oven to 375°F. Prepare the chicken by taking 3 large chicken breasts and slicing each in half horizontally to create 6 thinner pieces suitable for baking.

Generously season both sides of each chicken piece with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Place the seasoned chicken pieces into two separate casserole dishes, arranging approximately 3 pieces per dish.

To each casserole dish, add one can of drained cut green beans to one side and one can of drained diced potatoes to the other side, alongside the chicken.

In a measuring cup or small bowl, melt the 12 tablespoons of butter. Open the packet of Zesty Italian dressing mix and pour its contents into the melted butter. Stir thoroughly until the seasoning is well combined with the butter.

Evenly pour the butter and Italian dressing mixture over the chicken, green beans, and potatoes in both casserole dishes.

Place the dishes into the preheated oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F) and the vegetables are tender.
