In a large deep skillet or pot, cook the sliced turkey smoked sausage over medium heat until browned and slightly crisp. Remove any excess grease if needed.

Add the ground beef or ground turkey to the same pan. Break it down with a spoon and cook until fully browned. Drain any excess grease.
Add the diced yellow onion, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper to the pan. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables have softened.

Stir in the tomato paste and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly, to remove its raw flavor. Sprinkle in the all purpose flour and mix well to coat all the ingredients evenly.

Slowly pour in the beef broth while stirring continuously to prevent lumps. Let the mixture simmer gently until it thickens slightly.

Add the Morton's Nature's Seasoning and Cajun seasoning blend. Taste the mixture and adjust the seasoning as needed, adding optional garlic powder, smoked paprika, or red pepper flakes to your preference.

Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet and stir to combine it with the meat and vegetable mixture. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender but still retains a slight bite.

Serve the Dirty Cabbage hot as is, or top with a little shredded cheese or fresh parsley if desired.
