Place the 4 lbs of cubed chicken into a slow cooker.

Add the 2 packs of siete taco seasoning, 1-2 cups of chipotle adobo (depending on desired heat), 1 cup of bone broth, and 50g (or 1/4 cup) of honey to the slow cooker with the chicken.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly with your hands to ensure the chicken is well coated.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or until the chicken is fork-tender.

While the chicken is cooking, prepare the high-protein cheese sauce: Combine 850g of fat free cottage cheese, 120g of 1/3 cream cheese, 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika, 1/2 cup of Rico's cheese, 1 packet of Kraft powder, and a splash of bone broth in a blender. Blend until completely smooth.

Once the chicken is cooked and fork-tender, shred it directly in the slow cooker using two forks.

Add the 16 oz of cooked protein pasta, the blended cheese sauce, and 250g of reduced fat cheddar to the slow cooker with the shredded chicken.

Mix everything together until well combined and the cheddar is melted, creating a creamy mac and cheese.
