Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and lay them flat on a cutting board. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, smoked paprika powder, and garlic powder evenly on both sides of the chicken.

In a shallow rectangular dish, combine 1 cup all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons corn starch, salt to taste, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika powder, and 1 teaspoon black pepper powder. Mix thoroughly with a fork.

In another shallow rectangular dish, whisk together 2 eggs and 1/4 cup water.

In a third shallow rectangular dish, combine 2 cups panko breadcrumbs and 1 tablespoon dried parsley. Mix by hand.

Take each seasoned chicken piece and first coat it completely in the dry batter mixture. Then, dip it into the egg wash, ensuring full coverage. Finally, transfer it to the panko breadcrumbs and coat it thoroughly, pressing gently to make sure the breadcrumbs adhere.

Heat Chosen Foods avocado oil in a pan to 365°F. Carefully place the breaded chicken cutlets into the hot oil. Fry until they are golden brown and crispy, approximately 4-5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove the chicken from the oil and place it on a wire rack to drain any excess oil. Once slightly cooled, slice the chicken into strips and set aside.

In a bowl, combine 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 tablespoon garlic powder. Whisk all ingredients together until well combined.

In another bowl, combine 2 cups of lettuce, 1/2 cup Chosen Foods Caesar dressing, and 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Mix with tongs until the lettuce is evenly coated.

Take one of the 4 large tortillas and lay it flat. Spread a layer of the prepared Caesar sauce onto the tortilla. Next, add a portion of the Caesar salad mixture on top of the sauce. Finally, arrange several slices of the fried chicken on top of the salad. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.

Warm up the assembled wraps for a bit, for example, by placing them in a dry pan over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side, until lightly toasted and warmed through.

Serve the warm wraps, optionally sliced in half, and enjoy.
