Peel the banana and break it into pieces directly into a blender cup.

Cut the green avocado in half, remove the pit, and then use a spoon to scoop out the flesh into the blender cup with the banana.

Add 1 tablespoon of yogurt to the blender cup.

Remove the pits from the soft dates and add the pitted dates to the blender cup.

Add 1 tablespoon of rolled oats to the blender cup.

Add 1 teaspoon of chia seeds to the blender cup.

Pour 1 to 1 1/2 cups of whole milk into the blender cup, ensuring all ingredients are submerged.

If the smoothie is too thick, thin it out with some more milk. If it needs more sweetness, add honey to taste.
