Preheat your oven to 180°C. Lightly grease and flour a baking dish, or line with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the 3 eggs and 100 g of granulated sugar. Mix thoroughly with a whisk or electric mixer until the mixture is pale and well combined, about 2-3 minutes.

Pour in 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of vegetable oil into the egg and sugar mixture. Mix again until fully incorporated and smooth.

Add 1 packet of vanilla sugar, 200 g of all-purpose flour, and 1 packet of baking powder to the wet mixture. Mix until a smooth batter is formed, being careful not to overmix.

Divide the batter evenly into two separate bowls.

To one of the bowls, add 50 g of cocoa powder. Mix until the cocoa is fully incorporated into the batter, creating a uniform chocolate batter.

Pour the plain (vanilla) batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.

Carefully pour the chocolate batter on top of the plain batter in the baking dish.

Use a fork or skewer to gently swirl the two batters together in a figure-eight or circular motion to create a marble effect. Do not overmix.

Bake the cake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.

While the cake is baking, prepare the glaze: Break 1 chocolate bar into pieces and place them in a heatproof bowl. Add 100 ml of milk to the chocolate pieces.

Melt the chocolate and milk mixture. This can be done in a microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, or over a double boiler. Stir until completely smooth and glossy.

Once the cake is baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then, invert it onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Once the cake has cooled, pour the melted chocolate glaze evenly over the top of the cake, spreading it to cover the entire surface. Allow the glaze to set for at least 5 minutes before serving.
