Combine the chocolate protein shake, Lakanto monk fruit sweetener, 10 grams of cocoa powder, a pinch of salt, and 1 gram of xanthan gum in a blender. Blend until the mixture is thoroughly combined and smooth. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint.
Place the pint with the ice cream base into the freezer and freeze for at least 16 hours, or until solid.

In a separate container, prepare the low-calorie chocolate ganache. Mix 10 grams of cocoa powder with sugar-free maple syrup. Start with approximately 20 grams of maple syrup and mix until the desired ganache consistency is achieved. The exact amount of syrup may vary depending on the brand.

Once the base is frozen solid, run the frozen pint under hot water for at least 60 seconds to slightly loosen the frozen mixture from the sides of the pint.

Place the pint into the Ninja Creami machine. Select the “Lite Ice Cream” setting and spin the base.

After the first spin, check the consistency of the ice cream. If it appears very powdery, place the pint back into the Ninja Creami and select the “Respin” setting.

While the ice cream is spinning, combine the 10 grams of chocolate chips with 1.5 grams of coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt the mixture in the microwave using 30-second intervals, stirring in between each interval until smooth and fully melted.

Using a butter knife, create a hole down to the bottom in the center of the spun ice cream base. Carefully pour the melted chocolate chips into this hollowed-out hole.

Place the pint back into the Ninja Creami machine. Select the “Mix-in” cycle to incorporate the melted chocolate chips throughout the ice cream, creating a chocolate chip swirl.

Once the mix-in cycle is complete, remove the ice cream from the machine. Top the ice cream with the prepared low-calorie chocolate ganache and the chopped Prime Bites Treats Protein Brownie cubes.
