Preheat your oven to 350°F. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet.

Add the cubed chicken to the hot skillet. Season the chicken with 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and black pepper, and 1 teaspoon each of paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir well to coat the chicken evenly.

Cook the chicken, stirring occasionally, until it is fully cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, about 8-10 minutes.

While the chicken cooks, carefully slice the Hawaiian Original Rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected. Place the bottom halves of the rolls into a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Once the chicken is cooked, spread 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the bottom rolls in the baking dish.

Layer the cooked chicken over the mozzarella cheese.

Drizzle your desired amount of BBQ sauce over the chicken layer.

Top the BBQ sauce with 1 cup of shredded Colby Jack cheese.

Sprinkle the 6 pieces of cooked and crumbled bacon over the Colby Jack cheese.

Add a layer of crispy onions over the bacon.

Carefully place the top halves of the rolls back onto the assembled sliders.

In a small bowl, combine the 2 tablespoons of melted butter with 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1/2 teaspoon of dried parsley. Mix well.

Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the assembled sliders.

Bake the sliders in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the tops of the rolls are golden brown.

Remove from the oven, slice the sliders apart, and serve immediately.
