Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to ensure the broccoli is evenly coated.

Spread the seasoned broccoli in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Avoid overcrowding the pan, as this will steam the broccoli instead of roasting it. If necessary, use two baking sheets.

Roast the broccoli for 15 minutes, or until tender-crisp and slightly browned.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Sprinkle both the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the roasted broccoli.

Return the baking sheet to the oven and continue to roast for another 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and just starting to turn golden brown.
