In a disposable tin pan, combine the brown sugar, white vinegar, and Dijon mustard. Stir well to mix.

Place the tin pan on the stovetop over medium heat. Stir constantly until the brown sugar has completely melted and the mixture forms a smooth, pourable sauce. This will take a few minutes.

While the sauce is preparing, preheat your oven to 350°F.

Add the sliced beef kielbasa to the pan with the prepared sauce. Stir thoroughly to ensure all the kielbasa pieces are well coated in the sweet and tangy mixture.

Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes.

Carefully remove the pan from the oven. Stir the kielbasa and sauce again to redistribute the glaze. Return the pan to the oven for an additional 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and serve the Sweet & Tangy Kielbasa Bites warm as an appetizer. The sauce will thicken slightly as it cools.
